BRPPM Project Process
Step 1: Initial Meeting
Our first site visit will be an introduction to our service. We will define the scope of work using what the client's needs are, as well as the environmental factors of our project. We will then be able to give a price estimate for the project, that day. The client can then choose to send the project to the design phase.
Step 3: Project Preparation
Once the scope of work is agreed upon and the deposit is paid. BRPPM will purchase and deliver materials, and schedule the installation. Once the project is planned, BRPPM will send the project to the build phase.
Step 2: Design
The design phase includes us at BRPPM taking pictures and measurements from the initial meeting and utilizing design software and visual models to create a detailed scope of work, including the materials and final project price. This can then be refined by the client, then be sent to the project prep phase through a contract and deposit.
Step 4: Build
The build process is simple, BRPPM's team of professionals works tirelessly until the project is finished.
Step 5: Final Walk Thru
The Final Walk-Thru is when BRPPM's project manager walks-thru the completed project and gets approval that the project is complete.
